Great customer service and excellent communication. The online booking form is easy to complete and allows you to select a date and either am or pm appointment. (You also recieve a phone call to confirm the booking.) Nick arrived on time and explained the cause of the washing machine not draining, and a replacement pump was fitted there and then. I will certainly use 1st Call Appliances again and will 100% recommend them to friends and family.Posted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Fantastic service from the first call. My washing machine was making an awful noise. The gentleman arrived first thing in the morning as promised, diagnosed what was wrong with my machine, he was very honest and advised it really was not worth repairing and gave me brilliant options on what to buy ect. No pressure at all to purchase from themselves, I will do as the service i have already received is second to non. Will highly recommend this company to anyone. Thank you everyone for all your help and honesty this morning.Posted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Great service.
