Superb service from start to finish. Oven not working so requested help. Appointment made and kept punctually. Friendly, knowledgeable engineer who quickly identified the culprit as a faulty element which was then replaced with the minimum of fuss. Many, many thanks to Andy, Mark and Donna in the office for sorting the problem. A1 service and no hesitation in highly recommending. Will undoubtedly use again if necessary.

A really lovely company to deal with. Replaced our broken dishwasher with a new Beko and then came out again to iron out a glitch. Very prompt, polite, and professional and we will definitely use them again should the need arise.

Thoroughly professional team. Andy clearly knows his stuff! Very friendly and responsive. Did not charge for further callouts when initial diagnostic fixes did not work on my washing machine, and provided a very fair price when it was determined a new pump was needed. Would use again in a heartbeat.
