Can't thank Andy enough for coming round today to fix my washing machine. Luckily turned out to be a quick fix and Andy was very professional and courteous and, most importantly, fixed my beloved machine! He talked me through the problem and I now know not to be too heavy handed with the start/stop button. Having contacted 1st Call Appliances in the morning, to have Andy arrive just after 1 pm the same day is exceptional customer service and I'm extremely grateful. Would highly recommend and will definitely be my first port of call for any future issues.

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish! 1st Call Appliances made everything so easy – fast delivery, great communication, and a really helpful team. My machine decided to dump its full contents of water all over the kitchen floor while I was out at work. After a quick chat with Donna in the office I had an appointment booked for the following day.

Nick arrived, assessed the issue and took the machine away for more diagnosis.

Problem was found, rectified and the machine was returned all inside a week.

Fabulous service, competitively priced and a very professional service from start to finish.

Cannot recommend them enough.

Payments – Debit / Credit Card or Cash

Any Callout & Repair Charges must be paid for on job completion before the engineer leaves.

Any new appliances need to be paid for before leaving our shop.

One payment with no time limit on labour

Call out/labour Charges explained

When you book us to come a look at your appliance there is a callout/labour charge, this includes VAT and all your labour.

This charge covers you for as long as it takes to do the job, 30 mins to 6 hours the charge stays the same.

Only parts or replacement appliances are charged on top. In the extreme case the appliance is un repairable, this charge also covers us to come and deliver a new appliance bought from us and the old one taken away.

If the appliance is Gas or built in there may be a small extra charge.
