Call out/labour Charges explained

When you book us to come a look at your appliance there is a callout/labour charge, this includes VAT and all your labour.

This charge covers you for as long as it takes to do the job, 30 mins to 6 hours the charge stays the same.

Only parts or replacement appliances are charged on top. In the extreme case the appliance is un repairable, this charge also covers us to come and deliver a new appliance bought from us and the old one taken away.

If the appliance is Gas or built in there may be a small extra charge.
