1st Call Appliances are a local, family run business who have been established for over 40 years, and have built an excellent reputation based on reliability and good service. Brothers Nicholas and Andrew are the main service engineers for the Cheltenham, Gloucestershire and Worcestershire areas.
We specialise in the supply, installation, repair and service of domestic and commercial appliances, covering everything from the sales and service of white goods in your home, to commercial appliances in care homes and schools.
Landlords and letting agents are also catered for, we can offer a speedy and reliable service that is excellent value for money.

1st Call Appliances are here to help and we have fully equipped workshop vans with all the tools and parts to complete 99% of jobs on the spot!
In the rare situation where we don’t have the required part to hand, we offer a next day service to order in the parts, so you can be assured that we will get your appliances up and running with minimal hassle to you!
1st Call Appliances Workshop
As confident as we are about repairing 99% of appliances on site the same day, we also realise that from time to time your appliance may have to come into the workshop. This enables us to complete a full fault test and carry out any extensive work that we feel can’t be done in your home.
In these rare instances, your appliance will be carefully transported in our mobile workshop vans to the 1st Call Appliances workshop which we are extremely proud of!
Here we have up-to-date test rigs set up for washing machines, dishwashers, tumble dryers, washer dryers, cookers, fridges and fridge freezers. Upon arrival they are slotted on to the relevant test rig and are up and running within minutes. Now we can fully test your machine with full access into the top, back, front, sides and underneath. No fault will be missed once on the test rig and in the nice clean environment your appliance could not be in better hands!
