Fantastic service, From office being really helpful, to getting an engineer out quickly same day. Although my washing machine was repairable, it would have been really costly due to the make and nature. They offered me a better deal with a new appliance which was more cost effective.... not ideal before xmas but i'm back up and running and extremely grateful that they were able to fit me in next day.
