Lorna Heath2023-12-11Quick response to my initial enquiry. Jon came out to my Bosh washing machine but it wasn't cost effective to repair. He gave me advice about the refurbished appliances they offer. Today Jon installed a new Bosh machine (much better specification than my previous model) and took away my old machine. Very reasonable price for the new machine. Professional and friendly service. I've already reccomended to friends and will definitely use 1st Call again in the future. Thank you 😊.
kerry2023-12-05Fantastic service, From office being really helpful, to getting an engineer out quickly same day. Although my washing machine was repairable, it would have been really costly due to the make and nature. They offered me a better deal with a new appliance which was more cost effective.... not ideal before xmas but i'm back up and running and extremely grateful that they were able to fit me in next day. That's what you call great customer service. Will def use again if i'm in need. Thank you to all that helped sort so quickly. Much appreciated.
