  Nick came out to help with a fault I was having on my Kenwood range oven. He was round within 24 hours of my call and was very kind and knowledgeable. Highly recommended and will definitely get in touch with them for any other appliance repairs in the future.

  Another absolutely phenomenal and professional service from first call. These guys are the absolute best. Always try to get out to you ASAP, always give a full explanation, so friendly and pleasant. I've e used then for washing machine, dishwasher and oven... 10/10 service everytime. They should have capes and phone ides to get changed into.... Superheroes. Sadly my washing machine was a thinner, have brand new one... With full explanation given...   We called them out to look at a broken washing machine and broken dishwasher. They repaired the washing machine and came back a few days later to replace the dishwasher. Very efficient, friendly and professional. They explained everything very clearly and recommended a good dishwasher that wasn’t too pricey.   Fantastic service from start to finish. My washing machine started leaking on Sunday and yesterday was a bank holiday. I called at 9.10 am this morning and was expecting a few day’s wait however they fitted me in this afternoon and by 4pm the problem was resolved. Andy was so polite, as was John and it wasn’t my my machine but a problem with pipe work which they resolved and explained everything in a reassuring way. I would highly recommend them.   Excellent Service. Contacted them by leaving an online request. They rang me about an hour later and arrived about an hour after that. Very friendly and the work was carried out quickly and efficiently and very tidily. Dishwasher was fixed and working fine now. Would definitely recommend using them.
