Time Slots

1st Call Appliances will give you a 2 hour time slot for all appointments so you won’t have to wait around all day! We can also schedule a phone call 30 minutes prior to the arrival of one of our engineers, meaning even less disruption if you are at work!

Complaints Policy

We always endeavour to provide the best service and products for our customers. However, on rare occasions, we recognise that there may be times where our customers may not be completely satisfied.

To ensure we are able to put things right as soon as we can, please read our complaints
procedure below and we will respond promptly to ensure complete satisfaction.

As soon as possible after the completion of the works, please inspect the work to ensure everything has been carried out to our usual high standards.

In the unlikely event there is anything you are not completely satisfied with, please contact us as soon as you can in order that we can rectify any problems as soon as possible.

We aim to respond within  5 working days of receiving your complaint and where possible, will provide you with a date to remedy any issues raised.

Warranties and Guarantees

All our parts used are covered by our company Guarantee. As some parts carry more guarantee than others please ask your engineer to confirm the length of the guarantee if required. In any case your invoice serves as you guarantee paperwork so please refer to this when making a claim.

New Appliances
New appliances supplied by 1st Call Appliances are covered by manufacturer guarantee. Any claim in the guarantee period will have to be carried out by the manufacturer. Any work done in the guarantee period by an outside source may void your guarantee.
